404 - Object not found

I've read the documentation but I need help with the component. I want to display a jpg-file made with Samsung Gear 360.
After installation of the component I can find a folder in media-folder called com_phocapanorama (joomla/media/com_phocapanorama). What are the next steps? Where exactly is to upload my file? I could create a category. How do I create an Item and what about Image and Panorama Folder?
