Hi,
This response mostly occurs, when the permissions are not correct.
For updates, index.php should have: 644
Kind regards, Christine

my index.php in joomla root folder has 644. I tryed to upload package in tmp folder and install, but this isn't working too.
can i export all Files and Settings, uninstall whole component and install new version and at least import all downloads and settings?
Edit:
or can i resett all phoca file permissions at 777 update, and resett folder to 755 files to 644?

Hi, you can set permissions of your files and folders e.g. per FTP or
Phoca Commander
Yes you can uninstall and install again - but of course you need to make backup of your files on server and of your data in database. In fact this is the same like migration, so you can follow this guide:
