Categories for all users, and files inside with restricted access

Hi,

I create a categories and subcategories with "registered" access, and inside I want to upload some files. These categories are show to all registered users, but not all files has same access right for all registered user. Then, when I upload a new file, I select the access level group of joomla in Access field but the file is show to all users.

Is it possible to make a field like "Access Rights" in Categories for files, where I can choose the user that can see the specific file inside the categories with acces for all?

Which access level group did you set. When you set some, such file is not public and it is not displayed for public
