Upgrade to Latest Version

As a Pro user, do I just download and install the latest "Lite" version over the top of my existing install? Or is there a different method for updating?

Hi, Lite version is different component. When you use Pro version you need to update it with Pro version.

Which is available for download from where? When I go to the Download section of the site, all I see is the Lite versions.
