Upgraded to latest Phoca Download and all the content of my tables was erased

Please help with this issue. I upgraded to the latest plugin version of Phocadownload and all the content in my Phocadownload Tables was erased completly. Please help!

Hi, Phoca Download does not have any feature or function to remove data. When upgrading, no database changes to data is applied. The only way how to remove data is to make Uninstall in Joomla! extension manager. When uninstall is done in Joomla! extension manager, in such case the table data of Phoca Download will be removed. But this is only case and only part which can remove the data - the Joomla! extension manager.

Did you make update or did you made installation (after uninstalling obsolete version)?
