Each update of Joomla, the Favicon is replaced by the standard of Joomla. How can we avoid this?

Hi, when the favicon was overwritten, then you need to recreate it again. The only way to prevent this is not overwrite it (this is easy when doing update manually, problematic when doing update automatically).

Hi, not sure, I think, there can be option to lock this file with chmod (rights or ownership) but in such case you will be not able to make the favicon again with Phoca Favicon component. And this must be done directly on the server, not in Joomla!
