Hi,

Is there anyway to change de login authentication to email instead username.

Shoppers frequently forgotten their usernames and keep calling us to change their usernames or to create a new one.

Hi, it is up to your Joomla! settings. If there is some Joomla! plugin which allows it, then it will be possible. The login and registration is Joomla! login and registration.
