Hi,

When I download a file on my website, and I try again (for testing purposes) for a second time, the page turns blank and I'm not able to download anymore.

Example: https://www.zzperworden.info/zzp-docume ... checklists

I have set all parameters to unlimited download.

I'm afraid, but I don't know the reason for.

Check Downloads Parameter please: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/17-phoca ... e-joomla-3
Options > Control Panel / Downloads > Ignore File Types Checking / > Allowed File Types ...

Moet maar even gaan kijken.

Does the same happen to you? Are you able to download only once?

unfortunately YES (white screen). I see AJAX loading/script ... also jQuery conflict? Sorry, I don' know.

Hi Christine,

I installed the plugin, but it doesn't seem to help.

I noticed this: when I clear the cache in system->clear cache I'm able to download again (1 time).

Anymore suggestions?

Hi Paul,

acc. jQuery Easy Plugin - Try following settings:

Enable jQuery: JQuery
JQuery > Version: Joomla Framework
Migrate > Version: Joomla Framework

Under Advanced Site Options
Replace When Unique: Yes
Add When Missing: Yes
Strip No Conflict Code: Yes
Add No Conflict Code: Thru Script
Fix Document Ready: Yes (respectively to try again with: NO, If this does not work)

white screen > preferably to set Error reporting to Maximum:
System > Global Configuration > Server > Error Reporting > Maximum

additional information: Pls update your Joomla Version J3.7.0 to J 3.7.2!

a) there was an important security release J 3.7.1 and some bug releases J 3.7.2

b) It seems there are Cache problems. Just try to de-active your plugin-system-cache.

About caching: switching off has no result...

Hi Paul,

checked several time. It works for me now. > No white screen. Clear your browser cache, pls.

In J 3.7.0 there was a small Joomla/Cache bug. In some cases it was necessary to de-aktive Cache.
