Categories invisible when uplod

I've installed Phoca Download 3.1.2 on my site with Joomla 3.7.3 (migration of my site which was under J2.5.28). Great problem : an user can't uplod any file because he does'nt see the three categories I've created. Theese categories are published, with public access. The link in menu is "Phoca Download » User Upload View » User Upload". This link is in protected access. An authorized user get the form "Uplod" as usual but, as I've said, he can't choose one of the categories when he clicks on the field "Choose a category".

Have you an idee ? What can I do ? I mean it's un real bugg... Thanks for your answer. And sorry for my english not very good !
