Hi.
I need to have a frontend edit feature for avoiding to give backend access to people who need only to maintain a module section. They need to upload new files and preview files as well as substitute the uploaded file and preview ones with new versions.
By now a user, in the upload page, can only upload new files (not preview ones), control publish condition and delete own published files.
In the documentation (https://www.phoca.cz/documents/17-phoca ... n-frontend) you underline that "For now, user cannot edit the uploaded file in frontend, this feature is planned", so I hope that perhaps there will be soon such a feature.
Can you please tell me if you are working on it and if we will have soon such an imprevement?
Moreover, it would be useful to allow the visibility, in the user upload page, of the files created in the administration area.
Thank you for your support an best regards,
Marco

Re: frontend file edit feature in user upload page
Hi, I still didn't find time to look at it
But you can set that newly uploaded file will overwrite the current and if they are playable or previewable, they will be automatically stored in play and preview folder
https://phoca.cz/documents/17-phoca-dow ... e-joomla-3
Overwrite Existing Files (Yes | No) Set if uploaded files should overwrite existing files on the server
Play or Preview Copy (Yes | No) If yes, file which is uploaded by user in fronted will be copied to phocadownloadpap folder so it can be played or previewed.
