StrikeThrough text item instead unpublish

I run seasonal restaurant and during low season I propose less food. Instead to unpublish my items, I wondering if you could add the option to keep published but as StrikeThrough text. This allow customers to see the difference between low and high season and see that we are able to make many more delicious dish. Any chance you apply this soon ?

Hi, hmmm, this would need database structure changes - because of adding new column to store information about specific item (published but not active). I have added it to feature request list, but for now no idea when I will find time to look at it
