Until recently, everything worked just fine. Been using Phoca Download for over two years with absolutely no trouble.
Then some of my users told me they could not access files.
I have now discovered that nearly all my files are getting - Forbidden access when I try to download them.
Funny thing is, 2 out of 9 the folders still seem to work ok - i.e. I can still download the files in these 2 folders ok. Strange, but I can't see anything odd.
I am running 3.8.3 and the latest version of Phoca download 3.1.4

Soes anyone have any ideas on this ?

Hi, can you paste a screenshot of the error? To know which part of your server produces it?

Hi Jan

I resolved this problem by setting DISPLAY FILE VIEW = YES. Immediately everything starting working again. I do not know why this fixed it, and it's adding an additional step before download, but it's all back to normal now.
Perhaps you have seen this before ?
