in category listing view problem with menu view

Hi,
we have an intranet area for employees (= registered user). This intranet has an own menu. The menu issue "Download" shows Phoca Download » List Of Categories (Categories View).

The Layout of this page shows the listing in span9 and on the right is the access to the logout-module. Up to this - all ist ok.
But when I link to a single category view, the layout switches to the menu of the public area (!?) and the document listing is shown in span 12 - there is no right area with the logout module.

What's happend? All issuses are set to registerd access rights: menu, categories, files, user

Hi, when there are more menu links, and there is a menu link to category view, it is not defined which link the category should select when going to categories view. So then this category view just select the first menu link it finds In this case, the best practice is to create a menu link to categories view only

thanks for help.
Now I set in my intranet menu a menu link to List Of Categories (Categories View) - and when I klick to see a single Category, the view switches to the public menu.
Also I set an menu link to List of Catergory. When linking to this, the public menu is shown again :(
I don't know what to do.

Can I send you a login to let you see whats wrong?

Hi all,

I find out whats wrong: I had to set / unset the menu items in the menu modules for public or registered view!
Thats what I forget :-/

Now it is all fine :o)
