In user admins backend there is no phoca gallery link in components menu

Hi,
i have a user called "admin" in my joomla 3.8.5 site. This user is located in group "administrator". Now i want, that user admin can work with the installed phoca gallery component in his backend.
The permissions of group "administrator" in phoca gallery global configuration are set all actions to allowed but the phoca gallery link in components menu of user admin disappears.
What did i wrong? Is there an ACL issue in joomla?

I'm sooooo sorry. This was my own failure. I edited the site on my local installation but the user admin was on the live site on my server. So i solved this issue in editing the live site with my SuperUser account setting the permissions for phoca gallery to allow editing and everything works fine.
