Use Uploadfile capability

Hi,
I will try to explain my need :
In my photography association, we have four activites : picture quotation, picture analysis, picture minithme and picture printing.
Each monday whe have one of theses activities.
So I want my members to send pictures for each workshop using PhocaDownload capabilites via "Send a file".
They have to choose the activity (PhocaDownload category) and send thier file.
All seems to work fine, but, each file sended is stored in a subfolder named with the User Name.
Is it possible to store files in the same subfolder (sub category) without user information ?
