Error after update to joomla 3

I have just updated from joomla 2.5 to the latest version of joomla 3. I now get an error message when trying to view documents in the front end in Phoca Download version 3.1.3.

I get the following error :-
jos-Error: Table 'db371467398.#__phocadownload_styles' doesn't exist

from looking online it to do with something missing in the database. Is there a step by step guide as im not familiar with PHP.
