Unable to delete logging entries

Phoca Guestbook has been working properly until 2 days ago. Starting 2 days ago I cannot delete logging entries and I cannot change the number of logging entries that are displayed. Clicking the delete button does nothing. I am running Phoca Guestbook version 3.0.7 and Joomla 3.8.6 with PHP 7.1

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, hmm, really hard to say, the items does not have any ID so in fact it should not exist in database. When you see your database directly (e.g. per phpMyAdmin) are you able to see this row?

Hmm, the question is, why it does not display the ID in the list, because the ID is the key for successful deleting of the file, without ID cannot be deleted anything

I am testing now different settings but I cannot find any way to get listed a row without ID
