Hi, for now there is no such option, so this needs to be customized.

Ok. Thank you for answer.

I think, it is necessary for German / European laws. So I have to take a look on it.

Cheers Marcel

Ok, thank for for the info, I will take a look at it. It is not enogh to e.g. write this to the same place like cookie policy?

As I understand (I'm not a lawyer), you must have a checkbox for new DSGVO. The writer must confirm that his data will be sent to me, saved by me and released on my webpage. Actually paradoxical, but I do not want a cease-and-desist warning. Than I will prefer to deactivate guestbook.

Ok, I will try to do some researches in this area. I think, on website there are usually more places where users sends something to server (guestbook, upload, ...) so maybe some specific solution for all places on the site should solve this problem

For Germany one checkbox for each form is necessary.

Ok, so new field should be created:

- checkbox

It will include parameter in options - textarea/editor where you can set own text (e.g. including link to terms if you need, so it will be html format)

The offtopic qeustion is: E.g. in ecommerce extension, you have checkout page where you submit more forms - e.g. first the address, second the order - so should each form inlcude the terms or is this OK for only last step when making an order

Maybe another way - better way is to wait for Joomla! version 3.9 and coordinate all the fields with Joomla!:
