Thumbnail column display is not consistent

I use Firefox (linux and windows) but with the same result: sometimes I got 4 columns display of thumbnail and other times only 2 columns even there's more than enough space to show 4 columns.

How to display it consistently with fix number of column display?

I use Apache 2.2.x, and PHP 5.x.

I get sometimes this results too. Maybe, template is rendering design earlier than items are uploaded from database ??? Items are displaying in float boxes and I think browsers are quantifying space for float boxes incorrectly sometimes... So the problem is:

float boxes + template.

Float boxes should have set up the width. Float boxes used in Phoca Gallery have set up width.

It is difficult to solve it, because it displays items incorrectly sometimes.
Maybe there is a problem with template. I use Phoca Gallery with 4 templates and I get this confusing behaviour only with one template... ???
