Joomla 3.8.11 & Phoca 3.1.4 - for some time now, visitors receive an intermittent error when attempting to download files stating that there is a security token issue. Clearing the site's cache has fixed the problem each time, however, requires intervention.

Is there any workarounds for this, besides disabling site cache?

Hi, do you have some screenshot? Hard to say because tokens are fully managed by Joomla!
