OSM Marker

How can I set the options to this good looking OSM marker from the demo site? (https://www.phoca.cz/joomla3demo/phoca-maps-demo)
If I use the standard setting in Phoca Maps, it only prints a (too small) white circle. Moreover, if I set the marker window to "hidden", it doesn't display the icon at all.
