Set image representing category

I want to display an image representing a category instead the standard folder icon.
I have selected an image in General Options of my category but can't find a way of getting this to display. Can someone point me in the right direction, please?

The image is displayed in categories view below the category title, can I see your site - the categories view?

Hi Jan
The website is under development and not visible to the public. Is there a some way that I can submit log in credentials securely?

So try to paste a screenshot here (best with url bar without SEF enabled - you can hide the domain name)

Note sure how I can do that, but I include a link to the file in my dropbox.

Hi, seems it is standard categories view. When you set an image as category then it is automatically displayed in categories view:
Does your template override some Phoca Download view? Didn't you set some specific output (per layout options)?
