A number of times I have tried to install mod_phocadownload_statistics_v1.3.5.zip but it doesn't work. I get the error message:

Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Can't find Joomla XML setup file.
____________
and:
Error
Unable to find install package
____________
I see that the files are quite old (2010). Has the Joomla! install routine changed? Can you give a workaround?

Update
Second attempt: I tried the following: upload the files in the zip to /modules/mod_phocadownload_statistics and then went to Extensions > Manage > Discover. When I selected the module I received a different error message:

Error
An error has occurred.
0 Call to a member function children() on null
____________

Latest version is: 3.1.0 > https://www.phoca.cz/download/category/ ... ics-module
try to update and check. Use also: database repair button.

Hi there,

You are referring to another module. I am NOT using the Phoca Download Chart Statistics Module, but the Phoca Download Statistics Module. I want to show statistics for my client in the back-end of the website NOT in the front-end. Is that possible?

Hi, there is no module working in administration. There is standard statistics view in Phoca Download administration.

Phoca Download Statistics Module is obsolete module and now only Phoca Download Chart Statistics Module is active. But both were designed for frontend.
