Need more documentation

Hello,
I have been exploring and creating all sorts of things in my Phoca cart today, but there are still a few things that I don't understand and there is no helpful info about those in the documentation.
1. What are specifications and sections exactly? Why would I need them and how to use them?
2. How do I create other shipping methods? In the Shipping section there's only Standard Shipping available, I would like to add Recommandé.
3. I'd like to create a Zone that includes all the countries that are not already in another zone.
4. What's the difference between tags and labels?
5. Why does the price appear in Euros in the front end when the Euro currency has been disabled and only the CHF currency is enabled? How to change that?
Thanks a lot for your answers, looking forward to learning from you,
Joanie

Hi,
1) as default they are not needed:
- specifications - they are better for comparison than attributes, see:
You can list attributes in comparison but specifications can be really compared (not only listed)
- Sections - this is a POS feature - section can be for example in restaurant (inside and outside) so the restaurant manager can divide the restaurant areas when POS (point of sale) is used in restaurant.
2) You can just create your own shipping method and use different rules so you will differentiate the methods
3) You just need to create new zone and select the countries you didn't select for other zones, for now there is no other way
5) It is possible that you disabled the currency, but didn't reload the frontend website. Which version do you use? Testing now 3.1.6 and when disabling the currency, it will be switched to default currency. Or another case could be, that the default currency was disabled - in such case some currency must be set so even disabled it is set.

Dear Christine,
Thanks a lot for your answer, I understand now the tags and labels, thanks for the link, I think I must have missed it when I was looking through the documentation.
About the currency, General options is too generic, on the page you send me to, there are several General options and I just can't find what I'm looking for because I don't know where to look exactly.
Sincerely,
Joanie

Thanks a lot Jan for your explanations.
1. Now I understand much better what the specifications and attributes are. And i will not use the sections.
2. You need to see these images to understand my point I think:
I have created several shipping methods, but on the second image, there's only one option "Standard Shipping". And I don't see how to have more options, like pickup or Recommandé.
3. OK, oh well that's a lot of work, selecting one by one everything that's not Europe, that's why I asked. Maybe I'll just keep it European for now and if you have the opportunity to improve this feature, add an "Everything else" option when when you can.
5. The currency is enabled, and actually Euro is disabled. Reloading the front ends doesn't change a thing. I spent a lot of time looking through options and all, but couldn't find where to make it show the right currency sign.

Hi,
2) Standard Shipping is a type, Shipping methods can be extended by specific plugins, e.g. for example that you cannot make all your need per standard shipping plugin. So there are listed plugins and there is only one for now.
5) You need to set currency rate "1" for the CHF, so it will be active - Zero means that all prices in CHF will be zero (in fact the currency is inactive)
