How The Heck Do You Add Photos To Phoca Menu?!!?1

This is a laberynth of a user system, it asks me for a category, I supposed it meant a phoca gallery category, so I creaed one and dumped all the images I wanted to use in the menu into that folder using ftp, unfortunately that did not work.
Does anyone have a tutorial on how to do this?
What I'm tring to do is, in daily menu get that little thumb nail on the left by every menu item and when you click it have it expand so the viewer can see it? How do I do this?

I already read that. I folowed the instructions, I am going to a post a video to show you what I mean.

Ok
