I'm facing two major issues:
1. When I click Activate link from email the subscriber account status is not changing.
2. When I click Unsubscribe link from the news letter it is not removing the subscriber from the list.

Note: my Syatem/Global setup is correct.

A reply would be appreciated.

Hi, which version of Phoca Email and Joomla! do you use?
Does the same happen when you disable SEF (for test only)

Yes, it is happening even when I disable SEF.
I have three hidden menus as follows:
1. Newsletter – newsletter sign up form is displaying
2. Activate – to display a custom message (Successfully activated message) to the user
3. Unsubscribe – to display a custom message (Successfully unsubscribed message) to the user

When the user signs up for newsletter following message will appear on the same page

"Thank you for your subscription. Your subscription has been created and an activation link has been sent to the email address you entered. Please activate the subscription by clicking on the activation link when you get the email. If you don’t see a confirmation email in a reasonable amount of time please check your bulk/spam folder."

When I’m setting the Activate and Unsubscribe as sub menus of newsletter my customized messages will display when user click activate and unsubscribe links. But no changes will happen to the user status.

When I’m setting the Activate and Unsubscribe as root menus the user status will change but my customized messages wont display. Instead the user will be redirected to newsletter sign up page.

What happen when you only will have one menu link, e.g. the newsletter, do you get the same problem?
