No Backend template on Files & categories

Since last update (3.17) all backend menu items are ok except Datei / Kategorie (files & categories) they are white and wth "no "template ???
Any idea ?

Hi, this can mean some php error, where the script ends with error and does not load any CSS, etc. on the site.

Are you able to display PHP error reporting and Debug mode (in Global configuration in Joomla!) so the error will be displayed (including the file and the row where the error occurs):
