Zoom with ctrl + mouse wheel

Hello together,
first of all great work. I like the phoca components very much. Clear documentation, easy installation and integration.

However I have a question:
is it possible at phoca maps 3.0.8 to deactivate the setting "Scroll Wheel Zoom" but to zoom the map with CTRL + mouse wheel?

Background:
I designed an one-pager homepage. If you now scroll down the site you suddenly zoom the map, when you reach its position.
It should be like this. Scroll the page, map view isn´t affected. If you decide to zoom the map you have to mouse over it and press the ctrl + use the mouse wheel.
I use OSM.

The site isn´t online yet.
