Curly Braces being ignored

Hi,

When I try to add a photo slideshow to an article using the plugin syntax (see my example below) the images dont render and all I see is the actual text below. Its as if the curly braces are not being picked up by the plugin.

{pgslideshow id=22|width=640|height=480|delay=3000|image=M}

Any ideas as to how to fix this behaviour?

e.g.:
which Phoca Gallery version do you use?
which Phoca Gallery Slideshow Plugin version do you use?
which Joomla! version do you use?
which PHP version do you use?
URL?
The more information you provide, the easier it is to simulate the problem and to solve it.

Strangely I cleared all my cache files and it all started to work.
