Phoca cart italian language

Hello,
I have a problem with the front-end language. I can't undestand the reason why even if I have installed falang plugins and the multilanguage I see always the front-end in english. All the website is in italian (front and back-end), unfortunately, just phoca cart is in english, you can check here: https://www.essenzaneldesign.it/shop-on ... notte.html
Do you have any suggestion to fix this problem?
