Shipping costs

Hello, where could I find how to set the shipping costs correctly for my site? I have looked in the documentation but there is only a light explanation about it. I have 3 zones configured with different shipping costs. What would be the best way to configure this set up? Thank you,

Hi, just set three different shipping methods.
Each gets one Zone and zone rule active.
You cone join your Zone with some country or region. So if user will select region which is related to e.g. Zone1, then such shipping method will be displayed for the user.
Example:
1) Created Zone which is related to Country Italy:
2) Created Shipping method with Zone Italy and active zone rule:
3) If user will set your address to Country: Italy, then such shipping method will be displayed for him/her:
