I'm getting the following error in a popup box while trying to use Google Maps. "This page can't load Google Maps correctly. Do you own this website?" I dismiss the popup, and I get a grayed-out map that says "For development purposes only."

I've followed the online guide "Creating Google Maps API Key". It looks like the documentation is a little outdated, so I stumbled through the best I could. But I suspect my problem lies with the Google API Application Restrictions. How do I go about solving this error?

Never mind. Finally clicked on "Do you own this website?" and figured out I didn't have billing set up.
