e-mail notification to customers and managers

Good evening , sorry english but I used the translator.
I'm new to this pocha cart extension and need help configuring orders.
I'm trying the payment option cash_on_delivery I simulate the order but I can't start notifications from both the customer and the manager. can you help me ? I configrated the notifications with every change of state.

Hi, users (customers) or managers get the notification per email, if it is set in order status. So it depends on order status if the notification will be sent.
