Phoca POS - import problem on live site - ok on XAMPP

Hi,

I have a copy of a live site into which I have successfully imported 5484 products. This copy, which imports and exports the csv file runs on Windows XAMPP

However, the original live site from which the copy was made, is not able to import.

Problem: Import button is pressed but no active upload occurs

I receive an error 500 in the Browser Console: https://[live URL]/administrator/index.php?option=com_phocacart&task=phocacartimport.import&format=json&tmpl=component&bd41c539c89cc3fc96aab8be6a6c6605=1&p=1&lp=275

Could this be a hosting issue?

Must be a temporary hosting issue

36 hours later the import worked fine on live site
