Don't sent e-mail after order edit - feature request?

Hi Jan and others,
we are little bit confused and maybe there is some button or possibillity how to solve.
When we update any data in order (like tracking number or fill-in some field which has no context with customer), and e-mail is allways sent to customer, usually without any visible change for him.
Is it possible to add button like: "Save without e-mail notification"
