Problems with Files in Sub Folders

Hello,
i have problems with files in Sub Folders.
When i add new Files with mult add option of sub folders, the addin will correct shown in backend.
Every thing loocks good.
But when i will oben the files in frontend, the path i see in the browser is not correct.
Sometimes the path is ok, sometimes the path shows to other files and sometimes the path is
showing to files that are not existing.
I have deinstalled and installed phocadownload 3 times. No better or other results.
When i will work without sub folders everything is ok.
Have anyone an idea?
