We notify our cooks using other email, when we customer enters the last field [comment] nothing shows up on order.

For example a customer comment was No Ketchup or Dill and that did not show on cooks email

Our cooks only see other email and do not access back end, any suggestions

Hi, in order status you can set which email the customers get and which other users. You can add the variable to the email text:
