Hi Jan , i also just upgraded to newest version but i have the same problem i i read in other topics...i have NO pagination..
I have a link in my main menu to :
index.php?option=com_phocagallery&view=categories
That shows all folders/galleries...

So if i click on a gallery with 18 images it shows only 5 images....
So basically every gallery has 5 images...

Pagination is set to ON...
But all i see is 5 images

I also saved the menu link 2 times.....no changes.
I created a new menu link....still the same ..

Please let me know your site and login, e.g. via e-mail...

plus admin created login.

The problem seems to be the SEF with mod_rewrite, If I disable it, it works...
