Stop highlighting words

I can't see that anyone has asked before so is it possible to stop Commander highlighting words in the edit view?

It's really annoying and makes editing something htaccess difficult.

it's a Joomla! core feature. For disabling this feature go to:
backend --> Extensions --> Plugins --> Editor CodeMirror --> Edit --> Highlight Selection Matches=Off
