Please help me with the following problem: I would like to have all texts in German language in Phoca Cart, especially the procedure of the cart module of Phoca Cart. Only if this is ok, I can use this simple shopping cart plugin for my test homepage in Joomla! I would like to create a small web shop to download navigation routines or GPX files for the navigation systems of Garmin or a smartphone. These will take place in the area of Stuttgart and surroundings in Germany. My clientele are older German speakers. The name of the homepage should later be "seniorenwandern-zais.de". Phoca Cart is already completely translated to german. The Component and all Modules. The german language files of all available Plugins are included to the language file of the component.

die Sprache konfiguriert man nicht in Phoca Cart, sondern in Joomla!, man installiert Joomla! deutsche Sprachdatei für Joomla!, schaltet es ein in Joomla! Languages Optionen, dann installiert man die deutsche Sprachdatei für Phoca Cart und es wird automatisch alles auf Deutsch dargestellt.





So man braucht mindestens zwei deutsche Sprachdateien - für Joomla!, dann für Phoca Cart. Wenn Plugins oder Modulen installiert werden, dann auch für die.

bei mir ist die Installation von Phoca Cart nicht in Deutsch, wie bei dir hier oben im Phoca Cart Control Panel (statt "Phoca Cart Kontrollzentrum"), sondern auf Englisch. Muss ich da bei der Installation bereits meine Sprache angeben? Oder wird dies nachträglich festgelegt? Joomla! habe ich bereits in Deutsch. Wo bekomme ich die Sprachdatei für Phoca Cart her? Ja. Nach dem Du die Phoca Cart Komponente installiert hast, lädst Du das deutsche Sprachpaket herunter und installierst es:
backend --> Erweiterungen --> Verwalten --> Installieren --> Paketdatei hochladen

Hallo Benno und Jan,
super, endlich habe ich jetzt durch Eure Hilfe die deutsche Sprache implementiert. Das ist deswegen wichtig für mich, da meine Klientel ab 65 und älter ist und Englisch nur teilweise versteht!! Weitere Fragen werden kommen, aber einfach Schritt für Schritt. Ich melde mich in den nächsten Tagen garantiert wieder. Ist keine Drohung. Nochmal: toll und superhyperklasse Eure Ratschläge.
