Order only 1 piece max. of each product ?

Hi!
I see the possibility of putting a Minimum Order Quantity in the product sheet, Stock Options tab.
For our use, we would need to be able to set a maximum number: it is to register for workshops and we would like to be able to register one person at a time at 1, 2, 3 or 4 of the 4 workshops offered.
Is it possible to do this with Phoca Cart ?

Maybe it would be an option to set the quantity field to 1 by default.

Hi, as default it is set to one:



and per CSS it can be disabled so it cannot be changed (e.g. per pointer-events: none; rule)

But this does not prevent from clicking on the "add to cart" button twice, so this needs to be changed in the system.
