Hello All, does Phoca Cart 3 have the capability of allowing for installment payments? if so, how is this created? Thanks

Installment payments can be used through Klarna.
The following payment plugins include Klarna as an additional payment method:

Stripe and Stripe Checkout plugins.
There is support of Klarna Payments, which is Pay Now, Pay Later, Monthly Installments (Financing) and Pay in 3 or 4 (Installments).
