Install fonts failed

Hi,
I have installed the phoca fonts component 3.0.4，and plugin 3.0.4 on joomla 3.5.0,when I selected my font with xxx.ttf or font package with xxx.zip,then click the "upload and install" button,but appear a white blank page,what wrong with it ?

update your Joomla! Current version is 3.9.21
