Order note

Hello, In the order note the customer receives there are three elements I would like to fix but I don´t know how to.
Please see the screenshot https://imgur.com/a/N47rz9O the elements are marked in red.

{emailcloak=off} I don´t know what it means but I would like it not to be there if possible.
Lorem ipsum is something I must have written somewhere but I cannot find it to erase it.
COM_PHOCACART_VAT1 I would like to substitute it by just VAT, or even better IVA which is the Spanish acronym.

Thank you so much,

Hi,
{emailcloak=off} is some plugin which tries to safe emails displayed in content. Do you use some email address in the description field?

Lorem ipsum - see the billing "articles" in options

COM_PHOCACART_VAT1 - you can set directly your string in form fields or your can use Joomla! language override to override these language strings:

The only thing I can think of is the Form Fields, could this be?

Done, thanks. I have used a language override. I´ll check for the next order to see if it works.

Hi,

articles - hmmm, then only way to find it then is to search the database for column where this is stored (search for string "lorem ipsum)

emailclock - try to search all the descriptions, articles, etc. if they are including some email (system plugin tries to protect this email value then)
