Missing constants in 3.0.10

Hello! I made a translation for 3.0.10 and noticed that 2 constants were missing

Hi, thank you for the info:
1) first string - I will add it to next version
2) second string - is an answer from external server which in fact cannnot be translated by Joomla/Phoca Maps as the string does not exists internally.
