I'm currently using Phoca gallery that is great and I have the same request as WARit, concerning video feature...

So, now J!1.5 is stable... is the video feature now planned ? If not, why ?

Hi, the video is not planned yet... My answer was about SEF (will be solved if J1.5 will be stable)...

But I am thinking about video (image as thumbnails and video playing in details view) ... The problem is my time... All component I do by myself and it takes time, so e.g. if I do some new feature in Phoca Gallery, I must:

- test it
- test if the plugins and modules will be supported by it
- add this feature to plugins and modules
- add the information into the user guide
- add it all to download pages
- create languages and add languages files into download page
- problems with SEF
- making ready the component for new features in Joomla!
- making ready the component for other components
- solving problems with conflicts between component and new templates or other components, plugins or modules
- there are hundereds of parameters, user want to implement ... and ... and...


So there are some features I will do .... there are some features I am thinking about them ... but it takes time because e.g. Phoca gallery is more powerfull (see the versions here ), so the develpoing is slower ...

I dont' sell the Phoca Gallery, so I must work too and going into the school too...
