shipping to remote areas

Hello guys,
I have created a shipping method for "remote areas", i.e. some cities that require higher costs; therefore I have entered those cities in the configuration panel.
I've tested the procedure, but the "inconvenient areas" entry is always optional along with the other entries. I'd like it to be visible only when the user comes from the cities indicated.
How can I do this?

Hi, what do you exactly mean with "remote areas"? Which rules did you apply in the shipping method?

Hi Jan, these are regions where shipping costs more (generally small islands).
I have created a "remote zone" shipment and in the "zone rule" parameter I have entered the names of the islands. The system shows this solution to all users, whereas I would like the system to automatically show it only to users in those places

Hi, it depends on which countries or regions are set for current ZONE.

If zone has no country or region, and it is set as rule in some shipping rule, it is not displayed but if it includes some country e.g. and user's shipping address includes this country, then the shippping with the current zone rule is displayed.
