hi.
please help me.
on website, recaptcha working is normally.
i enable recaptcha in cart component.
entered the site key and private key.
i marking checkbox "i not robot" but a system alert message appears that the check failed.
Is there an instruction on how to set up the recaptcha correctly in the shopping cart component?

Hi, can you paste a screenshot of the frontend error message or a link to live site to test it?

Important part of the settings i to set Site Key and Private key, all other parameters don't need to be set.

Hi, not sure if I understand correctly, but Phoca Cart has independent captcha to Joomla! system, so the options set in Joomla! do not have any influence on Phoca Cart.

All Phoca Cart settings regarding Captcha are stored in Phoca Cart Options:

Hi, hmm, do you use some cache on your website? While step 3 (after success), when you look at the javascript console ( https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-jooml ... -conflicts ), is there some error message?

So if you disable cache, still the same problem?

It should not be a problem but for sure, try to change template to some standard for test only and try to make the order with another template.

2. i installed gantry5
3. i installed template premiere
4. i installed the cart component
5. i enable recaptcha plugin
6. i creating keys for this domain
7. i entered the recaptcha keys into the cart settings and recaptcha plugin
8. i enabled the guest checkout - http://kemstyle.ru/1.jpg
9. i test checkout
10. the same error appears on this clean site
