Phoca PDF not generating PDF files

Hi,
I am using Phoca PDF to geenerate pdf files for virtuemart product detail's page pdf icon but it is showing error "Failed to load PDF Document". how to resolve this issue ?
I am using
Joomla! 3.9.26
VirtueMart 3.8.8 10472
Phoca PDF 3.0.11
PHP Version 7.3.27
Database Version 5.5.5-10.1.41-MariaDB-0+deb9u1

Hi, try to enable displaying PHP errors and then download the PDF and open it in text editor to see if there is no error rednered before PDF header (see similar posts in this forum).

Hello Jan, Thanks for your reply. Sorry was not available because of EID Vocations.
I tried enabling Debug mode and then tried to download pdf file but nothing happens. Its not showing any error also getting the same error "Failed to load PDF document."
also how can i share a url which is not visible to users in this form so i can share the url and admin credentials for you to look into it.

Hi, the PDF document includes the following error message:
500 - Document cannot be created - Loading of Phoca PDF Plugin (VirtueMart) failed
So the plugin seems to be missing there

i have installed Phoca component and plugin which comes with it. Can you indicate which one is missing and from where i can download it so i can download and install it so the problem can be fixed ?

Hi, you need the Virtuemart plugin, see:

But be aware, it is designed for old Virtuemart versions.
VM Team copied the PDF feature into Virtuemart, so for now I don't have any information which way the PDF works in Virtuemart.
For now, Phoca PDF supports active developed
Phoca Cart ecommerce extension when we speak about ecommerce extensions.

Hi Jan,
I have already tried this plugin but it messes up whole website upside down thats why i uninstalled it. And i don't the developer of this plugin has any plans to upgrading it for latest version of VM. is there any other solution to resolve this issue ?

As you said it is outdated then how to get the updated one ?
Talking about Phoca Cart. I have already dont alot of things in my website using VM and almost 50% of work is done. I Can't migrate to Phoca Cart at this stage. All i have to be stick with VM. Maybe for next Project/Website i will try Phoca Cart but for this one i have to go with VM.
