Joomla 3.9: after clicking on File: white Page

The phoca Download for Joomla 3 worked for years. For a week there are only a blank page if I click on a file.
I got the error :
GET 503
example: damaris.at/index.php/test?download=1:test

Hi,
First of all: You are using Joomla 3.9.5 (2019) outdated Version. Bugs and Security Releases missing.

If the system will tell you: You have the latest version: The update messages were fixed with Joomla 3.9.12.



You will then be offered the latest version (Joomla 3.10.2) and update then your Site.

For Phoca Download: Install the latest version.

Hi, maybe you should ask your server webhosting operator for more information about this 503 error. 503 is Service Unavailable error, so maybe much more question on webhosting operator
